I have lurked for years, just joined. After reading many peoples post, you develope an image in your mind of what that person may look or be like. I wonder how many here post a big game, but if seen in reality would fall far short.
BTW, I would be laughed at.

There's been a long-running series of threads in the Women's Forum with pictures of a lot of members. Plus, lots of us have met many others at various shoots, so it's not completely faceless.

I don't have a still picture of myself, but could I post a video of me doing the Lindy Hop? If I could, please don't drink anything when you're watching it, or you'll be needing a new keyboard. Not to mention that it can get pretty painful when that liquid comes out of your nose.

That's a good question.
alot has to do with the name of a member and often the avatar. When you see an avatar of a Triumph motorcycle....What is your first impression? An avatar and a name can really alter the stigma of how you see that person. If i had an avatar of a douche, what would you think?
