I honestly don't know, and for the reasons you gave. I DO know, however, that the current rainbow of alert levels is simply pathetic and meaningless.
Either there's a threat or there ain't. Period. My .223...... |

Of course they should be reported. If they are common, report them in a common manner.
I'd appreciate being able to get up in the morning & check the weather, traffic report & terrorist threat areas. |
