The local wally world has Federal and Remington 12gauge 3" steel shot on sale for $5 a box.
Why? I have no idea. They have the exact same boxes out in the middle of the sporting goods section for twice that, these boxes, there were about 40 or so were down the ailse on the bottom shelf  Should I go and buy them all just to see the funny looks

 what size steel? IMO, anything bigger than 2 is worthless.

Yeah I would say retail on those would be $15 at a gun store, so over $10 at a wally world.
My buddies found a K-Mart that was going out of business and bought turkey shells for $1 a box. Every....single....box....
