Let's see:
Video with crappy quality. Some large explosive device. CGI equipment. I would say that it probably is in the realm of possibility that it is fake. But lets see. |

Think logically for a moment. A meteor the size of a truck, moving at the speed that meteors do, would blow a huge crater in the desert. The cameraman standing that close would be little cameraman bits.

I've been looking at it all weekend and trying to spot something that would tell me it was fake. Only thing that I thought might not "sound" right was that loud clank of falling debris after the truck comes pulling up out of the dust.
Cool still the same!

Ten to one rule. The diameter crater a meteor makes is about ten times it's diameter. A meteor 10 feet wide makes a crater about 100 feet wide. I see no evidence of crater or ensuing blast reminiscent of tactical nuke.

Yes I'm the idiot that posted it, but some of you need to take a Xanax and cut people a little slack. I never claimed to be a member of Mensa nor did I claim the video was the real deal, I did post a poll poking fun at myself for even considering for a second its validity. Jeez!!!
Some people around here follow eachother like butt buddies. Kind of makes you wonder about some of you guys. |
