I've got the black pearl grips for my full-size 1911 and I hate them. They look great, but it's hard to grip that stuff. So back to the rubber I went.

Patton had an IVORY handled revolver. IIRC a reporter asked him about his 'pearl handgrips' and Patton told him only a New Orleans Pimp would have an pearl handled revolver...Edit: Damn two of you beat me to it. |
