I had a 96 4 door 5 speed that would get between 25-28 city/hwy combined.   I've heard anywhere from 23-29 mpg  depending on model, tranny, and gearing.

25-28 is what my Suzuki Sidekick version got. Ran great for 240K till the body dissolved away.

oh cool! thanks for the reply, i just popped a little to much for one thats fairly clean , i'm looking for some fuel economy because all of my other rigs are closer to 10-12 mpg... dont want to think its a total lemon.........................................yet
