A reliable source out of south Florida reports that Pres. Bush is to blame for a rampant fire that started in southern California near Los Angeles.  Newspaper headlines in the area  read as follows:  LOS ANGELES - A wind-whipped BUSH fire quickly tripled in size early Thursday to more than 9,300 acres, destroying at least one home and prompting evacuations as a ridge of flames was visible for miles.

The source confirms that Bush likes to smoke cigars when he has his evening congniac and he was seen in the immediate vicinity shortly before the fire with a pack of stogies and a magnum bottle of Les Presidente'.  Further details to follow as they become available !!!
