I need a short (youth) synthetic stock, ghost ring sights, shortened barrel to 18.5 inches, and maybe a parkerizing job or something.  Any suggestions?

My main thing is getting the ghost ring sights soldered on.

Why?

Get a new barrel that is 18.5 with Ghost sights.

They aren't that much.

I suggest Wilson Combat/Scattergun Technologies

They make the ghost ring sight that everyone uses. I had them install one on my 870. They do excellent work.

Where? I was recently looking and all I could find were 18" w/ bead sights. I wanted an 18" for my 870P that came with a 20" + Wilson ghost rings. Then if i wanted the front sight I had to buy a whole new set since I couldn't find the front sight sold seperatly.

I second this motion. Hans Vang is a top notch guy. He has a small but effective little shop.

Another vote for Vang Comp.

The Wilson SGT's ghost ring is not protected, and I seen a few broken under training and hard use.  Vang give you a choice of LPA (Italian, use on Bernelli shotguns) or MMC rear ghost ring, and both are very rugged.  The LPA sight is easier to be adjusted then the MMC.

A third on Vang Comp.  I feel Wilson charges to much for basically swapping parts.
