What is this?

We need to buy foreign ammo, but we're selling our own miltary ammo to civilians? Not that I care, I'd sure as hell buy some if I wasn't a college student, but if there's ammo shortages, this doesn't add up.

The M855?
Mfgd by our allies the United Arab Emirates for their troops.
Loaded to NATO specs.
UAE is a small country, but they need to sell the ammo on the private sector in order to run the factory they have at peak efficency.

Who knows - maybe this will be the new source of cheap 5.56?

I don't know how bad rejects are supposed to look, but they certainly don't look like they're packaged as rejects unless entire lots were rejected for some reason.

The ammo shortage chicken little was talking about 7.62 to feed his AK in his local area. Seems that his local dealers at his gun show had bounced the price up $10 for 1000rds so there's automatically a magic shortage.
