Not Levis. I got roped into going shopping with my wife and she steered us thru the men's dept and suggested I get some jeans. She started digging thru the Levi section while I looked around, and a salesman came over to help her. All of a sudden I saw her hand go up to her mouth and she turned away from him.
I asked her later what happened and she said he pulled a pair out with a button fly and muttered under his breath, "That's gay!"  |

Don't you guys remember that Levis came out with all the pro gay stuff and tried to ruin the Boy Scouts in California! Good...support the anti_American enemy! Levi Strauss would roll over in his grave to know how liberal his company is today.

Formerly Levi's, I've been wearing only Carhartt for the past year or two.
It sounds kinda weird, but giving up Levi jeans was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Brand loyalties forged during your youth are some of the hardest to break apparently. |

Funny you should say this, as I've been wearing their Route 66 "Relaxed Fit" (Ya!, I'm a Sit down working kind of Guy!) for the past 10+ years. They wear well, better than my old Levi's ever did. They are affordable, $15-$19, and Like you said, I don't need a brand name to "Show Off" my choices for clothing. There is no way I'd spend My money to support Levi's political/Moral stands. I will never purchase anything from Levis. They support a politcal action committee (PAC) that is anti-gun. The PAC donates money to multiple gun control causes. You guys need to realize how to vote with your pocketbook and quit supporting causes that conflict with your ideals/beliefs. I know the price/profit on a pair of jeans is miniscule but sometimes that is the only way to hurt some of the big companies. Of course most of y'all are not NRA members so you really don't care.
