Why must your pastries taste soooo good?
Little Debbie, you're the devil incarnate!!! Swiss cake rolls are the fruit of hell I tell you! |
I could eat a whole box of them with noooooooooo problem, of course a tall glass of ice cold milk is a must.
Thanks a lot guys, I now have the urge to drive down to the store...
She ranks right up there with Mrs. Field's. Both of them are witches!
Zebra cakes rock. But the perennial favorite is, of course, NUTTY BARS!!
Got some in the fridge right now, as a matter of fact. Be right back. |
Goofy. Jes' GOOFY.
I do likes me da chocolate roll thingys. They's GOOD. |
Couldn't they make the Little Debbies pastries using Splenda..
I miss eating them. |
I've had one of those tonight as well. Hard to choose between it and the peanut butter bars. |
I don't think Splenda does well in baking applications. My wife has tried it several times, just didn't do as well as regular sugar. |
Little Debbie Has a Snack for You.....glad they dropped that advertisement.
God I'd love to eat about a dozen Fudge Rounds and Swiss Rolls right now.....
Diets suck.... |
My vice are those Soft Batch cookies. I just can't stop eating them!!!
Splenda works just fine baking, I think the issue is price. Little Debbie is the queen of the cheap snacks, no more 6 double packs of nutty bars for $1.19 when using Splenda.

I'm not much of a Little Debbie fan.
Twinkies is the way to go! BigDozer66 |
You should try Debbie's raspberry filled angel food cake twinkies. |
Burley, you have such a way with words around the ladies. |

Chicks dig the chrome dome. |

When I was in High School, my mom no longer made us lunch, and there was rarely anything in the fridge that you could make and take. I often went to school with pocket change that I would steal from her cigarette case or scrounge out of the sofa. Rather than spend it on an order of french fries at the cafeteria, I figured out pretty quick you got a lot more full on a $.99 box of LD Swiss Rolls from the store down the street!
The downside is that I don't like them that much anymore. Now I go for the brownies, and allow myself one box every two weeks if I don't have any other sweets in the house. |
She always struck me as looking like
a nurse on those boxtops... Please feed me Debbie.... Please! myit |
Oh, I hate the Colonel with 'is wee beady eye! And that smug look on his face, "Oh, you're gonna buy my chicken! Ohhhhh!" |
Yea, That Little Debbie stuff was great & cheap when I was growing up. But my favorite was "Moon Pies"! Damn that stuff was as addictive as crack.
I grew up in Ooltewah, TN which is right outside of Collegedale, TN where the Little Debbie factory is located-both surburbs of Chattanooga, TN.
The factory is about 2 miles down the road on the other side of a ridge. Sometimes if the conditions were right, you could smell the factory baking those dastardly snack cakes. Oh, did I mention that they had a "Factory Outlet" for their products? One word: CHEAP !!!!!! The Mckee family owns Little Debbie. The father named the snacks after his daughter, Debbie. |
WOW, i just finished rocking a cosmic brownie before I logged ont Arfcom
I think I'll have another, in fact!! |
Damn, cosmic brownies are awesome. I think fudge rounds are my favorite though with a tall, ice cold glass of milk. This thread makes me feel like a fat kid. |

All that shit is vile. Might as well just scoop sugar out of the bag and into your mouth.
The biggest sugar-binge I go one is about once a week, usually early on Moday in the AM when calls are slow and our district takes over the Dunkin' Donuts for 45 min or so. One blueberry cake donut is all about all I can stand. Don't even get me started on Krispy Kremes....ugh....fried, sweetened lard. My weakness is mulberrys, right off the tree, with blackberries fresh off the vine being a close second. Sheep |

Little Debbie, Little Debbie! I'm a comming home baby! You make me want to walk like a camel!

Ah, Little Debbie... that succulent little trollop!
I know her well... |
Yeah, I'm just down the street from the plant. I've been getting tired of smelling those those things. |
Tandy Cakes!!! OMG...NOW you're talking temptation, baby! |
Nah...pink fuzz apparently does it for some... |
