Now Bush is pledging billions of dollars of Federal (your) tax dollars to rebuild New Orleans.

Because New Orelans and Louisiana were unprepared, the rest of the country will pay.  So how is this kind of socialism any different from the kind the Democrats propose?

Unfortunately Fiscal Conservatives are becoming extinct. Neo Socialist Progressives are swiftly taking over [have taken over] both parties. The Era of running on a platform of limited Government although ear teasing, may never again happen. The Republican Party left me in the early 1990s. Reagan [although far from perfection] was the last of his wonderous breed...

GOP is Socialism while cutting taxes, "low/no-tax zones in the disaster area". Now that they passed all this pork, I think it's time for another nationwide tax cut. If low taxes are good during disasters, imagine how much better they will work when there aren't any disasters!
