Made some killer meatloaf tonight, thought I would share it with everyone. A little of eveything in the fridge went into the making of it. The Glaze on top was made with Jack Daniels grilling sauce mixed with a shot of Gentleman Jack and some brown sugar. It was extra tasty.

I applaud you on your choice of bourbon - many more prestigious brands, but I have always just liked good ole Makers Mark. Been to the Distillery 3 times too - great little tour. Just wish more restaurants in Hawaii would carry it...

**Update on Meatloaf dinner**
Well with a couple slices of bread, a little butter, some cheese, and a grill endorsed by a famous boxer, we have the Meatloaf sammich
