some home brewed imperial stout i found when i was cleaning the closet been in there for a abot a year so its a its peak. Forgot I had it back there. Should be ok since it was in brown bottls and then in cardboard boxes.

I just bottled 5 gallons of cider from last year. I had a nice glass of that(came out at 8%). Now I'm drinking a JPA that I bottled last November. It's absofrakinglutely fantasic!
