If a property owner stayed and is now defending his place in NO does he have rights still?  Does he have more rights now that Martial Law is in effect?

I guess if he defended his place then it would not even be noticed if he killed some people.

I'm afraid that they might be able to confiscate his weapon under the rules of martial law.  Constitutional rights basically cease to exist.
