My family plants winter wheat to help with the winter grazing for our cattle. We call the geese winter rats...........come in huge flocks and eat our grass. I wonder if there is some way to make them taste good. At least we could eat the darn things!

I guess I need a better way to cook them then. We have a predation permit so can try several recipies. |
