Well as the title states, today is the first day of school for the kids and Frau Quib is at work so it’s just me and the GSD. So......being all alone on my day off I decided it would be a good time to smoke some Spam for brunch!

Mmmmm.....three, thick, succulent slices of  processed meat by-products on the grill! And the smoke is going, compliments of my three Apple, one Plum and one Pear tree!



Looks good, just about done!



And, for your viewing pleasure........my “home alone” brunch!

A fresh Pepper from the Quib garden, to spice things up!
French bread.
And to cool things off a couple of Pilsner Urquell Czech beers!

And of course if your brunching on fake meat by-products it only fitting to include a fake (airsoft) 92FS Beretta! (Beretta compliments of Quib Jr.) Don’t want no rumors started around here that Quib owns airsoft!

Before all the ballbusters start with the usuall stuff (no stapler,no rifle ,bla , bla ,bla) let me say that what you have done doesn't meet or exceed the AR15 lunch checkoff list  but it looks like a darn fine lunch on a peacefull summer day on your day off ! Good eating sir! Enjoy!
