I have been to Midland 4 or 5 times. Isn't it about 150-200 miles from the border?

Beats me...it's a safe bet it's likely in the middle.
Midland is where the training base for the Minuteman Project is. |

He'll actually be on the border the next two days, Midland is where the Minutemen training area is.
