dead bunny courtesy of Beeman(DBOTD)
Damn, I thought this meant that we had a member named Beeman who had knocked-up his g/f. |
nahh, cats don't eat the veggie garden or make the dog sick. Damned things are pests around here. |
twonami: Where did you hit the old boy? I don't see an entrance/exit wound?
Rabbits are part of the rodent family, similar to rats, mice etc. |
I was aiming for the head but since it was a .20 cal pellet it's not gonna make much of a mark. Maybe it was on the otherside? He did do a couple flips in the air about 2 feet off the ground. |
actually I called my buddy with the reticulated python and he wants it, snake snack |
I love the floppers ........ |
Rabbits are Lagomorphs lag•o•morph Pronunciation: (lag'u-môrf"), [key] —n. any member of the order Lagomorpha, comprising the hares, rabbits, and pikas, resembling the rodents but having two pairs of upper incisors. |
Don't need one in MN if they are causing damage, per DNR regs. |
non required and it was a pellet gun. like a coyote it is a pest and I'm not gonna eat it this time anyway. |
I swear I think we have some double standard PETA members on this board
Why is it okay to shoot a pest Coyote but not a pest rabbit? |
No problems from me here, GOOD SHOT! Just post some more info on that pistola, looks like a decent rabbit/squirrel slayer. ben |
Beeman P1 spring air pellet pistol in .20 cal That about covers it Beeman site |

A rabbit is just a fat rat with long ears.
A squirrel is a rat with a furry tale. A deer is a rat on stilts. They all carry the same diseases and they are all a nuisance. |
sorry man, it's that time of the month again. ETA: damn I wish I could shoot a firearm on the property. Neighbors with torches and the sheriff would be visiting me though |
If all of those are true. does that mean that rat tastes a little like squirrel, a little like venison, a little like rabbit (and a lot like chicken)? Nice shot. Rabbits are pests that happen to be cute and tasty. If they were in your house you'd be setting traps for them. |
Someone ring? Dude, nice shot, but the lack of carnage is too bad. I do a fair share of shooting jacks out here and most end up like steve-ohs pic, shitting little green sausages out thier backs, or if you are lucky you get a 4 for one or my all time best 6 for one! They are nothing but a bunch of fuzzy disease, worm in thier asses friggin vermin, and they all deserve to die. Or thats the excuse I use to go drink beer and blast 2K of ammo at em in the desert! |
Rabbits taste like shit |
Rabbits are good eatin'! I thought snakes preferred living prey.
Not bad for a pellet gun. |
wife will not eat rabbit, too gamey for her but she does like venison since the deer around here eat the corn in the fields. |
I was saying rabbits are bad... |
I don't like venison but I'll eat it. I do like bunny meat though. |
it's actually safer for the snake to eat it's food dead. Many pet snakes have been FUBARED by a rat in a enclosed setting |
nice |
Okay, I stand corrected, my bad.[ |
There Goes Peter Cottontail, flopping dead on the bunny trail
Floppily Flop, floppily flop… |
Funny, you mentioned that. I was in a Petsmart pet store one day, and a guy walks in and buys a rabbit, the customer tells the clerk that it is food for his pet snake. The clerk originally rang up $20 on the cash register, but after hearing that it was going be for a snake, the clerk re-rang at $5. |
Because the pest coyote probably eats a pest rabbit. |
Nice shot, looks quick and clean. What part of the head did you hit ? Brain stem ? |
HEAD SHOT! Won't have to deal with that pesky head. There's nothing more satisfying than killing something cute like a rabbit. |
Did you get anymore??????? I have eliminated all the rabbits around my yard, now I have shitload of stray cats hanging around |
Not supposed to eat the asshole .... |
