They used to sell that at ravensbrew.com.
It was called Kopi Luwak. They must not have sold well, because they inexplicably stopped selling it. Kopi Luwak "Cat's Ass Coffee" I never had the courage to try it.

I'm asking about a very specific coffee bean. I dont care about anything else coffee related, but simply the coffee that comes from a cats ass. |

You must have ESP then Spec. You just happened to think about something so obscure not 20 minutes after I posted my coffee post from a site that offers Kopi Luwak (or cat's ass coffee).

Ok Mr. jealous, let me give you a education. I researched this about....3 years ago? Probably longer then that. In fact, I researched it before I was even a registered member on this site (Team OR otherwise). I learned about it from Anandtech. Seeing your coffee thread brought back memories of that coffee. I never even CLICKED on your coffee thread. But assume what ever you want to make yourself feel good. Dont let the door hit ya where the Good Lord split ya on the way out of my thread.

I've heard of coffee referred to as being the "cat's ass" , but I wouldn't drink any that actually came from there.
I've owned cats my whole life. I've seen what they consider "food"

In my locale, when someone refers to a thing or a person as being "the Cat's Ass", There can be no higher compliment.
For example, "Hey Bob, check out my new 2005 Vette...." Bob - "Man, that is the Cat's Ass!" It's a shame that such a fine euphamism is now related to the digestive and defication processes of a coffee Possum.  |
