Usually left on wheel right on shifter.When I am cruising in 6th gear usually both hands on wheel.

I've got my right foot up on the dash trying to clip my toe-nails, left foot on the brake, cruise control set 15mph over the speed limit, left hand doing the clipping and using the forearm to steer while the right hand holds my bottle of Jim Beam. Dont forget the newspaper in front of the steering wheel, gotta catch up on stock prices before I get to work, and my head at a 90deg angle so I can hold my cellphone against my shoulder.

Depends if the window is open or not.
If it is open, I put my left elbow half out and steer with the left hand. If it is closed, I put my left hand on my lap and steer with my right. Both except for gear shift. |

I was just thinking about this yesterday....I just spent a mint on my new Jeep Unlimited Rubicon...and the MAIN reason I got rid of my old Jeep was so that I could have AC!!! Well, it turns out that I am sooooo used to driving down the road with the windows down, my arm hanging out the window and the radio blaring that I CAN'T DRIVE MY NEW JEEP WITH THE WINDOWS UP. I just can't do it!!!! SO....I drive down the road with the windows down, my arm hanging out the window, the radio blaring AND RUNNING THE AC FULL BLAST.
It's a Jeep thing.
