Hey just to tell you how much golf I play,  I have what may be a stupid question.here goes.

I found several dozen unopened gof ball sleeves in closet.
Do golfballs have a shelflife??  Do they go bad?

I guess they could dry rot in time. Im not into golf so I wouldn't know. Take them to a driving range and have some fun. Or better yet, use them for target practice!

The way I hit the ball  it is not possible to determine it golf ball is faulty or my swing is faulty.  I am certain my swing is faulty.  I will give 'em a try anyway.

I doubt it. BTW, don't use them at the driving range, use the driving range balls.

Golf balls do not "go bad".  Just use them.

I've never owned one long enough for it to "age".
