Tell me more. I hadn't heard there was any reliability issues with the 200rd box. (Not even ~12-13yrs ago when I was in the Marines)



Basically the plastic 200 round drums have a tendency to fall off if left mounted for awhile especially in the heat when the plastic starts to melt.  In Iraq, I had to eventually take the rounds out of the box and just lay them on the roof of the HUMVEE to feed into the SAW.

Er nope, that'd be 15 bursts from a UK Police Issue MP5, our guys dont get issued anything with a Burst or Auto selector.

Of course some of the guys marching round in civvies with G36's and Balaclava's probably weren't police so for them I can't comment.
