What were the questions?

The questions were: Whats better, a 9mm or a 45acp?
                                   Whats better, a 5.56x45 or a 7.62x39
Whats better, an AR15 or an AK47
Did I leave any questions out? At least you have a 50/50 chance of getting it right.
I forgot one, What kind of rifle was in the movie Heat?

You left out the Double Jeapordy question: "This rifle was used by Al Pacino in the movie Heat"

...it stumped them all.

And of course, "what gun did Al Pacino use in the movie Heat"?

Damn. It was so close.

but seriously what were the questions
Link Posted: 5/24/2005 7:07:26 PM EDT
[#9]
I think the answer to one of them was "what is get both?"

Another was "what is a shrike?"

Seriously, I remember some of the answers were "who was Minie", "what are shotguns", "what is a .22", and I can't recall the others.

so nobody remembers what the real questions were?
Link Posted: 5/24/2005 8:34:21 PM EDT
[#13]
I don't remember the exact phrasing but I remember the answer to a couple
first answer was shotguns. the question had to do with the type of gun that is popular for skeet and trap
one of them was about the rifles used in the olympics, they shoot 5.something mm bullets also known as this caliber. that was a video one and they held up the bullet, answer was .22lr
I don't remember the other 3

[#14]
All paraphrased, mostly right order:
1A.)  Some museum opened up and featured a section on these guns used for skeet and trap.
1Q.)  What are Shotguns?

2A.)  Video question:  In Biathlon, the athletes use a rilfe that shoots 5.Xmm bullets, similar to this one.  It is also known as a...
2Q.)  What is a .22 (accepted answer) more accurately .22LR

3A.)  This bullet, used with tremendous effect in the Civil was, is named after its inventor
3Q.) Who is Minie?

4A.)
4Q.)

5A.)  Two pictures.  This monkey and this pistol share the same nickname.  Shows a picture of a monkey and 2" barrel revolver
5Q.)  What is a snubbie?

I'm forgetting one, obviously.  I do remember I answered them all correctly before the guy on the show!

I think question 4 was
"What is the last name of the german hand gun maker?"
or
"what is the name of the famous german hand gun used in World War 2?"
Or
I could be totally off
answer Luger

I got about 2 out of them right I had the $1000  on the tip of my tong but missed the time.
Would have been mad at myself if I was on it.

IF that's the way that German question was phrased, what's to stop the answer being Walther?

I forget how the question was exactly worded, but it's not unusual, especially in this level of play, that questions can have more than one correct answer... or since this is Jeopardy, the answers will have more than one correct question.

In the last couple of weeks, I can remember a few occasions in which an incorrect answer was reviewed and later ruled to be correct.

Which guy got them all? Ken Jennings, or the guy with the goatee?

The third guy looks like he should wear an Ascot and talk in a falsetto.

The guy on the left got all the answers (I think he had the goatee.)
