- Roast beef
- One packet of onion soup mix.


6 hours on low.

pork chops or chicken breast
1 cup white wine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
dash of crushed dried mint (to taste)
dash of red pepper (to taste)
cook on low all day and the meat will just fall off the bones.
thicken the left over juice for gravey and serve on rice or mashed potatoes.

A couple years ago someone on this board (I think it was hiram_ranger, but not sure) gave me a pretty good recipie for some venison stew made with a bottle of red wine and some veggies. It's very good.

last hour or so add carrots, peeled potatoes, and bay leafs.

Finally add a handfull of frozen peas...fresh cracked pepper, salt to taste!
