I ordered 200 g3 mags and 75 fal mags today. Pretty soon I will have to have a room just for mags and one just for guns.

Where is DrSarge at when I have my moments of weakness?

I pretty much purchased all of the basic necessities prior to Y2K.
More mags and ammo than I could ever possibly use in this lifetime.

I have I believe 135 20 rdrs and 430 30 rdrs. 800 is a good target amount though.

I recomend you buy an equal amount of AR mags after doubling your .308 supply and by doing this you will cure your sickness or be off to a good start.

Did you buy your G3 mags from Cheaper Than Dirt? I should buy 20 more since they are only $2 each.

I should also get some FAL mags because I am going to buy a FAL one of these days and I doubt the mags will ever get cheaper.

Yes I'm a janitor, but a well paid one.

I can't pass up a good deal. I bought a 5 gallon bucket of M1 clips at a garage sale once and paid $5, from then on it got worse

What the hell do you do with all those magazines? I only have what I need. For instance, I carry a Beretta 92FS. So I have three magazines. One in the gun, and two in my magazine carrier. If the springs wear out, I just replace them as needed. But the magazines don't wear out. I've been using the same magazines for a decade now. And I've only had to replace the springs a few times. I mean, I'd rather spend my money on another gun or something instead of just magazines. What is the point???

That said, I wish I had as much money as you. I could never even imagine dropping $600 on mags in one order. That might just be my LIFETIME magazine budget.

I ma that bad iwth garand clips.....

I load more ammo, so I buy more clips, then I coem across a good deal on M2 at an estate sale, so I need more clips again, then I find a bunch of brass, clean and load it up, yup, more clips needed.......

Hell, when TSHTF I will be holding off th ebluce Helmets, JBTs, Zombies with an Old H&R
