I'd have to go with a JDAM on that one.

when confronted with a giant radioactive lizard,

the proper response is not violence. you should offer it a nice cup of coffee and find out WHY the lizard is upset. Offer it a smile and comfortable place to sit. Learn to listen. remember, giant lizards have feelings too.

DAGNABBIT! This is the fate of Tokyo we are talking about, or maybe LA, doesn't matter, stop marginalizing a menace to the Pacific rim by treating this as just another misguided 14 year old lizard on a Florida School Bus.

Get your assault wheelbarrow, your silenced .22, and your pack of attack dogs and go get him before he gets you.

I'd have to agree with this.
you would need a real cannon to take something that size.

Weapons that come to mind are
a bunker blaster missiles
heavy artiliery in the 120mm size with AP/Explosive shells

DO NOT USE nukes
that will only make the problem worse.

You will have to call in the miliraty.
