I just purchased a NIB Colt 16" M4A3 with detachable handle, no bolt carrier or charging handle.  I payed $699.  did I pay too much or in a respectable ball park?

That's the ballpark price that I have seen advertised for a sho' nuff Colt M4 upper.

FOUL BALL! NO bolt or charging handle? Why would you let some SCHULB get over on you?
What will the missing items cost you? $200? $300?

I guess that isn't too bad. I saw a dealer that had one without the bolt, carrier, charging handle, or carry handle that was used at the last local gun show for $450.00
