It's a small victory. I have read everything I can find on it and I expect it will allow the sale of Stripped AR & AK lowers as long as the manufacturers come up with new model numbers that are not on the "Roberti Roo's add on" list.

It will also allow the sale of the Saiga & Vepr "hunting" type rifles.
