Aside from all the obvious weird kid sleep-overs and the like..I read the testimony from today and saw some other clips of those were in the courtroom. I don't think he did that boy on the stand. I dunno now. The only reason I'm commenting is because it's the only real news story of interest.

dont care.

i personally, i think he is ill, just from what he has said in the past few years.

really do wish something better made main stream media.

what do i think is best for him?........
prison? na,
mental institution? maybe.

but i do think parents need to stop sending thier kids to his house. i dont care if the kid has ass cancer. a trip to MJ's house isn't going to make anything better. why dont these parents spend time with thier teminally ill kids rather than send them off to some  80's pop icon?

I don’t think Jackson is innocent but this kid alone will not convict him.

Supposedly the prosecutor has around 5 other boys/men that will say Jackson did similar things to them in the past. If this is true and the judge lets it in Jackson is toast, if the judge does not let it in Jackson will likely walk.

This is the second time he has been accused.  How many others have been paid off?

Fry the dude.

It will be like the OJ trial. The accusers will become the accused. Looks like the Principal and the PI are being paid or looking to be paid in the future.

The question is:

Is the L.A. Justice system honorable or just trying to keep up the exposure?

I honestly believe he is mentally unfit to stand trial, though I do believe he did all that he is accused of.

But I also think that the parents of the victim are out for money and nothing else.  I think any one of us who were put in the same position as the parents would (besides not letting our kids stay at his house) put a bullet in him post-haste.

I'm pretty sure he is a deviant of some sort, maybe not a child-molester, but certainly a deviant and should not be around kids.  I also have my doubts about his guilt regarding the current charges.  It sure does look like he's getting shook down by that family to me.

I think MJ is a freak, weird, crazy, sick, etc. BUT I don't think he had done anything to those kids.
I think he is just a very weird and innocent guy who doesn't understand the workings of the real world.  I don't think he had molested or hurt ANY kid.

If he gave booze to the kids......
If some of his porn has kids fingerprints on it......
together with the FACT he sleeps with 10 year old boys.......
He needs to be put away(sometimes it really is "for the children")

Haven't paid much attention only know what I have heard.

I just don't think the guy ever freaking grew up and still thinks hes 10 years old. He's pretty f'n out of his mind as far as I can tell.

Did he screw this kid? I highlyu doubt it after hearing what has happened, it seems like it was a for money thing.

Has he ever raped a child? I couldn't tell you he has or hasn't I have yet to witness anything and hopefully never will.

So as far as I can tell he's just a bit off to say the least.

We got a No-way kind of person at work so i've been watching the case looking for something he can't refute.

What i see is:  The prosecution's case is going right down the toilet.

Think about it.  He was accused once.  He bought his way out.   Now a kid whose admitted about lying in  prevous lawsuits his parents did.

He's Very vague on anything related to the case,  His story changes daily.

The kid has ZERO credability.
His brother admitted to lying on the stand.  He has zero credability.

Weither MJ did it or not the prosecution has lost this case.

Yep.   His brother scratched up 150K last week to pay MJ's staff at neverland.  They were going to do a walk off.

He'll be selling part or all of his Beatles cataloge rights soon.

I have my suspicions that he didn't do this one, but that doesn't necessarily mean he's innocent.

Not guilty on THIS charge maybe.

The kid's story sounds a little too fishy for me. Not to mention it keeps changing. Something doesn't sit right.

I have no idea honestly. That's why he has a jury to hear the case and make that decision.

+1, that's what I've been saying since the beginning and until some solid evidence comes out I doubt my mind will change. Look at the victim's family's history.

I think the sick fuck is guilty, but he'll walk because of the prosecution's case. I haven't been keeping up with it daily, but from what I hear on the radio in the mornings it doesn't sound good for the prosecution.

What I want to know is what parent in their right mind would allow their child to stay with that freak knowing what he has been accused of in the past and knowing the crap he admitted on TV interviews? I think some parents were willing to sacrifice their kids so-to-speak just for the chance to get some money from that fruitcake.

I don't know.  I refuse to judge him guilty of a crime because (in my opinion) he is weird.  The jury sees the evidence and makes the decision.  Jack Nickolson's rant at the end of Easy Rider seems tailor-made for this situation...

1. Jackson is very weird.

2. Jackson is guilty of using very poor judgement in his dealings with children.

3. Jackson's accusers have some serious credibility issues.  I wouldn't put it past them that they planned and carried out a shake-down scheme to take advantage of Jackson's poor judgement.
