I would just like to ask you who the fuck do you think you are. All
the people that died in the World Trade Centers on September 11, 2001
were all innocent people. IF you want to blame someone or something,
at least have brains to talk shit about the goverment or soldiers,
wait a sec, I am a soldier, talk shit about me and we have have to
talk face to face.

Maybe I missed the fact that it had been called off, but it seems to me that
once war is declared on somebody, they're entitled to consider themselves to
be at war, too.

Then, again, war was never declared with regard to Vietnam, was it?

And, if you ARE at war, the laws of war apply. You're not really going to
argue that Tokyo, Hiroshima, Nagasaki and/or the napalming of villages in
Vietnam were carried out in compliance with law are you?

A country that refuses to obey the law has little basis to complain when the
other side responds in kind.

You as a professor must know the difference between a declaration of war and when someone says " war on........"

In the case of Vietnam, north Vietnam was trying to take over south Vietnam. The US never lets another country invade another country. Things would of turned out better during the Vietnam war is politicians would have let the military run the war.

I was not around during the war in Vietnam but I know that something that happened there were not good in any way.Since we are not talking about Vietnam, lets discuss something else.

Nagasaki and Hiroshima were nuked to actually save lives. Allied war planners had estimated that the allies would lose over 1 million men if Japan had to invaded. The Japanese would have lost even more.

It is never good to kill innocent people but the empire of Japan never would have surrendered if we hadn't of nuked the cities.

Anyways, take your liberal head out of your ass and move somewhere, anywhere. I would have emailed you and no one would of told you shit if you hadn't given that speech. Hopefully you learned from it that it is not good to talk shit about Americans, especially when you are one. Now I hope that in the future that my kids wont ask "Daddy, why was Ward Churchill an arrogant son of a bitch?"

I know I always win arguments with people when I call them "homo" and "dipshit"

Since the guy is demonstrably a huge asshole, traitor and without an ounce of decency in him, you could have saved some time and just sent him a long list of profanity. That's what I would have done. Trying to "argue" with a tool like this is clearly just a waste of time.

Real justice would be to let him continue to teach but no one wanting to take his class. Maybe the perjury charge will lead to his dismissal but expensive law suits to dump frauds like this are not much solace.
