Officers arrived and found a man in the driveway suffering from multiple gunshot wounds

It would have been better if the suspect was in the home at the time of his death.

BUT if he the suspect was shot and ran out the door and the home owner did NOT persew... The home owner shouldn't get any charges pressed against him.

My kind of home owner... Keep blasting till he runs or doesn't move NE more

However, police said the investigation will continue and remain pending until final autopsy results are received.
