Strange... I've NEVER in my life seen a "violent gun".

Seen and read about plenty of VIOLENT PEOPLE however.

Maybe that's where you should focus your attention, you clueless moron.  

OTOH I guess it's eaiser to make up a bunch of laws regarding inanimate objects and then sit back and congratulate yourself that you've solved the problem.
