I'm not going to go that far, but since the heavily Democratic counties reported first, the numbers aren't quite as one sided as the press apparently thought.

They've been hovering around a 7% Kerry lead all night except for the inital influx of ballots from SF and LA which put him up 12-14%.

Might just be wishful thinking. I just thought President Bush's percentage was rising slowly.

Most of the major city areas, including San Francisco (which was 83% Kerry) are at 100% counted, or nearly so. Many of the outlying areas, which are between 55% and 65% pro-Bush, are mostly uncounted. THis could be good!

And extra 55 from my home and current state would be a most welcome November Suprise, but I'm not holding my breath. I'd like to see this state turn around but I'm not counting on it.
Frankly though, I'm suprised the numbers are as close as they are. |

It looks like it was only a couple of percentage points here in Jersey.
I personally apologize for the whole state, we could not stand and deliver but we shall next time. |
