Tapatio isn't "developed": enough, it's like a cross between tabasco and ketchup.  Cholula is way more complex and much more appreciated, not to mention spicier.  Serisouly, get some smoked tabasco, it's better.

I voted Tapatio, but Blairs Sudden Death is my favorite, although it is way farther up the heat spectrum. Tapatio is a good "slathering" sauce!
