I was reading an opinion piece on Townhall.com and saw an ad for Matt Furey's combat conditioning series.
Has anyone heard anything about this? Is it BS?

The exercises are sound IMO - but Matt Furey is just your typical self-agrandizing, over-the-top salesman.
