Hey guys,
Just wondering if any of you may work in the Carolinas doing design/drafting work?  I'm looking to relocate and hope to find a position doing mechanical design work but open to other areas.  We are primarily interested in Raleigh NC, Charlotte NC, and Greenville SC.  Any information on these area or possible leads would be apprecaited.

I can't help you with specifics, but the upstate area of SC (Greenville, Spartanburg) has a very strong growing manufacturing base.

I have been search both areas on Monster and Careerbuilder.com.   My wife is interested in Spartanburg regional hospital.  Last summer we visited the area and was really impressed.  News of the Auto research park was pretty impressive also.  IIRC it was going to add 20K jobs!
