Quoted: I put a vote in Pagan as a Theravada Buddhist.
The religions you put there would be mostly called neo-pagan.

I get your point however never considered the Buddhist religion Pagan. It's roots were in India and spread eastward.
I've always considered it a mainstream relgion not on the fringe and the similarties between the teachings of Christ and Buddha undeniable.
This is one of my favorite passages from the Bodhihamma:
When mortals are alive, they worry about death. When they're full, they worry about hunger. Theirs is the Great Uncertainty. But sages don't consider the past. And they don't worry about the future. Nor do they cling to the present. And from moment to moment they follow the Way.
Unlike other religions the path of the Budhist other than in anchient Japan is not marred with sytematic persecution by other religions nor persecuting other religions. Because of this it is often left out of such polls as this one. The relgion like all is often subject to the prejudice of the foolish and ignorance of individuals.
Yes I was in the service and knew many a Budhist.
