Not sure about FAL receiver (try DSA Arms?), but there are only really a couple of sources right now for pre-built AK receivers.

Milled - The Firing Line or InrangeC2 (if not now then soon)

Stamped - Globaltrades or Ohio Ordnance Works

Personally, I think the Tapco flats are the way to go.  Cheap and no FFL required!

The two best sources right now for Imbel receivers are The Dealer's Warehouse and FAC.
