i have ridden in energizers jeep when i was in tx. It's not a sports car but i will say it handles and drives like very few other SUV type vehicles i have been in. In fact i'd say it handles better than may cars i have driven.

Unfortunately for him he discredited himself at the beginning of the argument when he called the Thunderbird (a '90s vintage IIRC) a "sports car".

For the life of me I can't figure out why Jeep keeps pushing this idea. Hell, in the new one it's got the 5.7 liter Hemi to do it. And they brag that it accelerates faster than the BMW 325. Wow, a 5.7 liter vehicle is faster than a 2.5? What a concept!

That's quite a credit to Energizer's legacy.

Something tells me he still lurks around here from time to time. Personally, I wish he still hung out on the board. But I guess we got enough guys stirring the pot to take his place.
