My buddy's 5105 broke in half just behind the foot pedals!!!

Has anyone else heard of or seen this happen???
It had a model 49 backhoe with the subframe on it at the time.
It is only 2 years old with 830 hours on it.
I would also like to get the name and number of the newengland factory rep if anyone on here has it.

I have a 5200, which is in the same model class, and I have never seen this.
