I have one loaded down with my AR10, 6 Ar10 mags (full) and my Ar15 SBR with 20 mags (full) ready to go on a fishing trip. I also have one with my Barrett in it packed to go. Will they float if I have a ComputerGuy moment?

They will float loaded.  Tried it in my pool one day a few summers ago after a few beers.

Hold my beer and watch this! [Proceeds to use fully loaded Starlight case as a surfboard across the pool]

The big one, of course.

Your doing it all wrong, you can't lose them in a boating accident if they float.

I would think so...

Look @ this pic from their web page,

It looks like they have about 26lbs of cases stacked on top of the one in the water and it isn't even close to sinking.

By the way ck your local Sam's Clubs.  Mine has model SC-061352 w/ wheels and extra handle (the one in the water in the pic) on super sale.
