Awhile ago someone posted a link and began a discussion (from a prof at Stanford?) on an article that looked at Islamic Terror and why the United States hasn't been attacked since 9/11.  Why the terrorists aren't attacking our infrastructure.

Does anyone have a link to the original article?

I think the one you're talking about is by Lee Harris.

It's from his philosophy book Civilization and its Enemies.

He posts on Techcentralstation.com sometimes.

I recommend you read the entire book, though. It's about a lot more than just terrorism.
