Ya need to download Adobe Acrobat in order to read the PDF files, here: www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html

If you do not have Adobe Acrobat
get it a very common format , used a lot of the web. |

That was it. Installed the reader program and it works great.
Thanks for the help as I am quite computer challenged.
