If I own a rifle or shotgun in AZ, but I am living here in WA, can I have the guardian of my property ship it to me personally?  How do I accomplish, getting the property back to me, short of flying back there and taking it back personally?

Have it shipped via FFLs, or you could go back and ship it to yourself. Those are your only legal alternatives, anything else is a felony, no matter how simple it is.

Can the guardian of the property ship it directly to an FFL holder?  Or must he first take it to an FFL holder and have said FFL holder ship it?
