I was just snooping through the Aimpoint web site and came across the LPI. It sure looks like an interesting alternative to an OTAL.
Does anyone have some more pics of one? I am especially interested in seeing one mounted to an ML2 (the web page says that the LPI can be mounted to it). Any idea on the cost of a unit? (I probably don't want to know)  Thanks! |

I can't believe that the ARFCOM information Army does not have any intel on this.
 I am amazed...it seems like someone would know about this unit?Anybody?

Just my armchair commando opinion, but it looks like a horrible idea. One more thing to obstruct your field of vision.
