What would it be (if non-gun-related)?
I'm asking for non-gun-related laws you'd change. I realize 99% of us would rid the world of 99% of gun laws. |
I would change the law to make it so pedophiles and rapists get the death penalty automatically if convicted.
yeah but even if NFA was done away with we still couldnt buy new machine guns, the 86 machine gun ban would still be in effect |
umm, if it weren't for the NFA, the '86 most likely would not exist. then there is this:
now there is something more pressing than the NFA. |

I would make "stupid" a crime. Of course there would be varying degrees. Misdemeanor stupid would be punishable by a swift kick in the ass. Felony stupid might require a more severe ass beating, perhaps even incarceration. Captial stupid would of course be shot on the spot.
Those who served their sentance would have to register as "convicted stupid offenders" after their release. We would track these CSO's by their "signs". If a CSO was caught not carrying their sign, that of course would be a violation of their parole which would be felony stupid. Really I think all would benefit from these laws. Oh yeah, the first person I would find guilty are those people who want to leaglize pot because they believe it's so harmless. |
since if there no NFA theres no law for 922.0 to amend. |
Stupidity is not a crime now, but it rarely goes unpunished. Look around. |

Change the FCC commercial broadcasting laws to ensure free access of the people for educational and political material.
This is the most important ammendment in the Bill of Rights even more so than the seond amendment. The monopolized press must be done away with and the first amendment restored and that includes freedom of religion and to express it as originally intended by the 1st A. |
There's finite spectrum; how would you allocate it? |
Because he said no gun laws ............. thats why. |
Jeez, there's so many... NFA, 21 years of age for handguns, 21 for booze, illegal drugs, income and property tax, all sorts of crazy shit.
I tell ya what, just elect me senator in 14 or so years. |
For those that would repeal income or property taxes, how do you think government should obtain revenue?
Global conquest and exploitation! Ha kidding I would repeal those damn city ordinances for no smoking, that sucks the big one. |
Through a National Sales Tax. |
I can understand the need for eminent domain, but it should come at a premium, say fair market value +20%. If the "people" "need" the property that badly, then 20% extra should not be an issue. |
Yeah I understand it but I don't like it. I don't like the fact that they can make you sell whether you want to or not. |
18 USC 922(o) is repealed. That's the proper way to enumerate that laws number. PS +2 to repeal. |
Some Cable stations already have free access channels, this could also be done with free access bands but would exclude open commerce. As it os now unless you have billions od dollars there is no access to the airways. |
Executions would be double taps to the head right outside the court house. Reserved for rapists, murderers, spousal and child abusers, kidnappers, and democrats.
Edited to fix board code. |
CA's AWB (if we're talking state level)
Non-gun-related? Probably social security, or income tax |
Amendment XV
Why does everyone have a vote? Citizens must own property to have a vote. |
to exile and ban feinstein and boxer to france.
i wish............... meat |
Easy. I'd repeal the Great Society legislation. Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and all the rest of that socialist crap which has made zombies and Democrat clones out of so many of my fellow citizens. |
You're not married, are you? This is GREAT blackmail material! |
