Apparently, the French denied it permission to land in France.
 Today's British Daily Mail reported this today. Seems that the pilot became concerned when the plane was over France,but the Froggies refused to let it land there. The pilot had to circle over the English channel until two Tornado's arrived to escort him to Stanstead. Nice to see they were willing to help. Not.
