I own HK & SIGS. Excellent weapons. Should I purchase a Glock. They seem like a great value.
Condsidering a G20. Yes or No. Looking forward to your responses
BTW, I never shot one. How's that trigger?

My first exposure was to a glock 19 (medium sized 9mm)
I'm not the greatest shot, but I put 10 rounds in a silver-dollar sized hole at 25 feet the first time i fired.   I bought one, put about 5K rounds through it, and never had a malfunction.  I loved that gun, and will get another soon (lost it in a divorce...yes, she actually wanted my G19 to spite me).

I currently have a glock 21 (full size .45).  I can consistantly hit a 1 ft. round steel hanging target at 100 yards standing.   Amazing firearms.

I can't shoot that well with any other pistol...so i'm probably biased.

What? never shot a glock what the hell they are all over like weeds and sunshine do you know some people who shoot in your area I have to believe someone you know has a glock. the trigger is fine diffent than a sig, hk, or a 1911 but good I like it short fairly light and pretty much the same from gun to gun - the modified ones shit go buy a used glock 17 right now and if you like it buy a 20 and you had better get a 23 or a 19 and maybe a 33.34.35.30.36.21.22............hurry do it NOW!

IMO, its worth owning one.

I recommend putting a couple boxes through a friend's before buying one.

Check your hometown forums, somebody will let you play with theirs.

I own five Glocks 17,19,22,23,30.  I have been pleased with every one of them.  They are simple to use, accurate and a breeze to clean.  Others have strong opinions but I have no regrets.

Regards,
Gary

Have a 19 and 23, love them.  Tons of Glock haters here, this thread will probably be 5 pages by the end of the day.  Apparently, if you fire handloads with lead bullets through them without cleaning, eventually they'll blow up.

I've shot 4 G20s and will eventually get one.  I have a G19, 21, 26, 30 and 34.  The 10mm is a really nice round some people say is dying.  I think it'll be around for a while.  And if you want to carry for self defense Winchester still makes it in a full power 175gr SilverTip.

Go to a gun range, rent one and find out for yourself.

I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

The nice thing about a Glock, is that you can really "prep the trigger".

Go for it.  Everyone should try one, at least once.
