I am seriously considering buying the M-96 Rob Expeditionary 20" rifle. The problem is the price!!!!!    Can anybody tell me what the true dealers price is on that gun.1500.00 retail is just tooooo much. If I can find the dealer price,I will know how much they can bargain.

I had one and I paid $1200 3 years ago. I sold that pos, they are no better than an $800 bushmaster.

Overpriced and over hyped.

List is $1595, so.. probably in the 1200/1300 range. I have two of them and love them. Both were used but NIB and I paid a grand for one and $1230 for the last one which was a recon model, just last month.

995 is about as cheap as your going to find it.  Not the greteast weapon on the earth.  If you have everything else you want and are just filling in the collection by all means buy one.

Here's a NO SHITTER:

Don't buy that piece of shit...I saw one of their "Beta" testers have a bolt come apart in 12 pieces after less than 50 rounds!

If you want I can give you his name over at THR and he can verify.

We're in Utah where the MR-96 is chizzled from pure cow shit!

My buddy has had one for about four years now. A fine weapon. Would buy another in a heartbeat. Rugged and more modular than the AR-15. If it ever gets out in numbers and gets a proper shake down it will be a standard. Planerench out.

I would've considered one but since they killed the 7.62x39 drop-in conversion for it lost interest.
